As a Doula, I Do Not:
Free Consultation
We offer a free initial consult.

2 Prenatal Visits
After our initial consultation, we will have at least two prenatal visits.
Phone & Email Support
As a client you will be given my personal phone number and email address. I will be available to you 24/7.
Professional Information
As a doula I provide non-judgmental support, guidance, evidence based education and practical hands-on support during childbirth including comfort measures.
During labor
During labor I provide support, to ensure your birthing experience is optimal.
Baby’s first feeding Support
For new moms breast feeding can often times be difficult. I will provide support and useful techniques throughout this new experience.
Postpartum Services
I am a certified postpartum doula as well. If you are interested in these service we can discuss them during our consultation.
Perform any clinical tasks
The birth doula does not provide medical care, clinical tasks such a cervical checks or fetal heart tones.
Make decisions for you
The birth doula does not speak on behalf of the client.
Project any of my own beliefs onto your experience
As a doula I provide judgment-free support. My job is to optimize your birth experience.
Postpartum follow-up visit
We will have a follow-up visit to make sure your settling well into you're new role as mommy.
